
This addition boosts the number of daily flights to six a day resulting in a total of 41 flights available throughout the week.
The schedule will offer an extra early morning flight departing Heathrow at 6:40am, arriving in Edinburgh at 8:25am, with the evening flight returning to Heathrow from Edinburgh at 17:35 and arriving at 19:15.
Having a choice of two evening flights also offers improves onward global connectivity from Heathrow including those booked with Flybe’s long-haul codeshare partners.
“Scotland is a significant market for Flybe and our Edinburgh to London Heathrow route has grown from strength to strength since its 2017 launch,” says Roy Kinnear, Flybe’s Chief Commercial Officer.
“It (the flight) also accommodates convenient day return travel for our business and corporate customers. The added frequency also offers increased connectivity options with our long-haul codeshare partners operating out of London Heathrow.”
Seats are available to book now with the service expected to start on April 22, from Edinburgh and April 23, from London.
