Jo Lloyd has taken the newly-created role of Chief Customer Officer at FCM Travel.
Lloyd joined the company in 2021 and was previously Global Head of Account Management and FCM Consulting.
In her new role, she will be responsible for FCM’s end-to-end customer lifecycle globally, spanning customer health, retention, growth and value realisation.
Lloyd will lead Account Management and FCM Consulting together under one “unified vision”, with a focus on helping customers navigate the changing corporate travel landscape.
She will report directly to Melissa Elf, Global Managing Director of FCM, who said: “Our customers are evolving – they expect us to show up on a truly global level, bring the right product mix and sharper solutions to the table, and help them get real traction on the change they’re trying to drive in their businesses.”
Lloyd has spent more than two decades working across the corporate travel sector, with experience spanning travel management, consulting, airline sales and strategic account leadership.
Before joining FCM in 2021, she spent 12 years with Nina & Pinta, initially known as Nina & Pinta Consulting, where she worked from 2009 and later became a Partner. The consultancy specialised in corporate travel consulting and training, working with businesses on travel programme strategy, procurement and supplier management.
When Lloyd joined FCM as Global Account Management & Consulting Director in 2021, it was part of an “integration agreement” with Nina & Pinta, where it added new services to FCM’s consulting offering.
Lloyd said: “Customers want more than a supplier – they want a partner who understands their business, wherever they operate. That’s exactly what this role is about – connecting the dots across FCM globally so our customers get consistency, ownership and real value.”
She added that customers were facing “genuinely difficult choices” navigating the rapidly changing corporate travel landscape, and that she was looking forward to helping them make those decisions with confidence.
