FCM Consulting has appointed Eve Smith to the newly-created role of Communications and Change Management Lead as part of a strategic expansion of the business’s global capabilities.
Smith will primarily be responsible for client communications to support and guide them with enhanced engagement strategies and change management. She will also be tasked to develop tools and frameworks to enhance a range of services.
She joined Flight Centre Travel Group in 2016 as a Retail Manager for the Angel Islington branch in London and in 2018 became a Supplier Relations Manager within the corporate side of Flight Centre Travel Group, where she was responsible for the overhauling of contracts to improve customer connections.
Most recently, Smith led marketing for FCM in the UK and Ireland at a time of significant growth and product development.
This appointment forms part of the Global Specialist Verticals strategy at FCM Consulting, which is headed up by Jo Lloyd.
