TAP Air Portugal has introduced TAP FORBIZ, which gives businesses greater flexibility in booking flights and reduces travel costs while benefitting managers and employees.
Designed to support companies of all sizes, TAP FORBIZ can help simplify travel routines, reduce costs and provide access to exclusive benefits and advantages.
TAP FORBIZ offers businesses discounts. Through them, companies can reduce expenses and gain greater control of bookings. Travel managers have simplified tools at their disposal.
Employees can benefit from priority boarding and guaranteed seat reservations.
The official launch campaign runs until November 21. Companies registering for the TAP FORBIZ programme for SMEs will receive a €50 bonus.
It offers SMEs a cashback scheme. Whenever an employee flies with TAP, the company accumulates up to 5% of the trip value in credit. That can be used to cover expenses for a new booking – including ticket prices, services and fees, as well as costs related to extra baggage, Fast Track, airport lounge access and seat pre-booking.
On top of TAP FORBIZ benefits, passengers will accumulate miles in TAP Miles&Go, TAP Air Portugal’s frequent flyer programme.
To make reporting easier, the TAP FORBIZ website offers a practical tool bringing together bookings, balances and flight history within a single management space.
For large companies, the programme has been designed with customised conditions that reflect the complexity of their operations. That means discounts across the network, detailed monthly reports and monitoring by a dedicated account manager.
Companies organising conferences or other events can leverage flexible packages that can be tailored to the size of the proposed activity and the number of participants via TAP FORBIZ. Discounts of up to 15% are available on travel.
Additionally, it provides a quick and intuitive three-question survey which helps business managers identify the product best suited to their needs.
More than 15,000 companies have already signed up for TAP FORBIZ.
