Entries are now open for the 2021 Tech Hotlist, showcasing the best tech providers, products and initiatives in the business travel sector.
Technological development was already moving at a rapid pace pre-Covid but the pandemic crisis has significantly accelerated the rate of change.
According to a joint White Paper from the BTA and Amadeus, technological transformation that would usually happen over two to three years took place in just the first six months of the pandemic.
“We are looking for innovators and innovations that are really shaking up the industry,” says Bev Fearis, Editor of The Business Travel Magazine.
“It might be a young tech start-up or an established player and from any part of the business travel ecosystem – travel management, aviation, accommodation, risk, safety, wellbeing, sustainability, ground transport, or travel and expense. As long as they’re bringing something that’s making a real difference to the business travel space, we’d like to showcase them in our 2021 Tech Hotlist.”
Entries can come from companies themselves or from their industry partners or clients. The deadline for nominations is Friday June 4 2021.
The list will be published in the next issue of The Business Travel Magazine.
