Emirates has reopened its lounge at London Heathrow as it ramps up operations in the UK.
By the end of October, the airline will offer 77 weekly flights to the UK, including the six times daily London Heathrow operation, double daily A380 flights to Manchester, a 10-times-a-week service to Birmingham, five weekly flights to Glasgow, and a four weekly service to Newcastle.
The Heathrow lounge is the only one at Terminal 3 which allows travellers to directly board their flight without having to leave the comfort of the lounge.
It will be open from 05:30 to 22:00 daily, offering passengers a wide selection of dining options, spacious seating areas for working or relaxing, and full shower facilities, with towels and toiletries provided at no extra cost.
Complimentary entry is available to First Class and Business Class passengers and Emirates Skywards Gold members flying in Economy can enjoy access to Business Class lounges.
Emirates has also announced plans to resume chauffeur-drive services at Newcastle Airport from October 15.
