There is only one week left to get your entry in for this year’s Sustainability Movers & Shakers.

The deadline, which has already been extended, is at 5pm on Wednesday April 30 2025.

The Sustainability Movers & Shakers list has been running since 2022 and is designed to shine a spotlight on the initiatives and innovations that are having the biggest impact on making business travel, meetings and events more sustainable.

The annual list of ones to watch in the business travel sustainability space will be published by The Business Travel Magazine in a special digital report in May.

Entries are welcome from companies or organisations worldwide in any sector of the industry, including TMCs, airlines, accommodation providers, emissions data and reporting specialists, consultants, booking tools, assessment and certification organisations, ground transport and rail operators.

“There are so many exciting and innovative things happening in our industry to help make business travel, meetings and events more sustainable. We cover many of them in the magazine and in our regular Sustainability Matters section in our newsletter, but we want to hear more about the work that’s being done,” said Bev Fearis, Editor of The Business Travel Magazine.

“By highlighting those who are taking a lead, we hope to encourage more positive action to help drive further change because, as we all know, there’s still lots more to be done.

“There is no cost to put yourself forward and we’ve made the entry process as simple as possible to encourage more submissions, so we look forward to hearing from you.”

Initial submissions require a short written summary of up to 300 words.
