CTM has fast-tracked the roll-out of its proprietary traveller CRM, CTM Advisor, in the EMEA region.

The technology gives travel consultants real-time traveller insights and historical booking behaviour alongside company policies and preferences, using one proprietary system rather than multiple third-party tools.

The system, which will be showcased at the Business Travel Show in London later this month, also integrates multiple existing agent tools into one platform.

CTM Advisor was rolled out to all CTM North American customer-facing teams in recent months.
