CMAC Group has acquired Netherlands-based business Airline Services & Accommodation Partner (A.S. & A.P.).
The companies support over 40 airline partners across three Netherlands airports, including Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
A.S. & A.P. re-accommodate disrupted passengers and crew and each year book over 25,000 room nights.
The move will benefit A.S. & A.P. ‘s airline partners who will now be able to book alternative transport and re-accommodation solutions across Europe and beyond.
CMAC’s clients will have the additional reassurance of on-the-ground presence for their passengers and crew across The Netherlands.
This is the third acquisition CMAC Group has made in recent months, following its purchase of Suntransfers in September 2022 and Coach Hire Comparison in June 2023. This is in addition to its strategic partnership with Checkedsafe announced in March this year.
