Clarasight looks to drive growth with new appointment

Clarasight has appointed James Faux as Strategic Accounts Director to expand the company’s presence across the UK and European Union.

Faux joins Clarasight, which now describes itself as a “travel data orchestration platform”, during a period of strong momentum, as it achieved 10x growth in 2025 and is hiring aggressively across Europe and North America.

He brings 15 years of enterprise travel technology experience, most recently with Troop, where he worked closely with Fortune 1000 companies to modernise meetings management.

“Most enterprise travel programmes are drowning in data but starving for control,” said Faux.

“Clarasight flips that model by turning fragmented travel data into a unified control plane, with AI continuously interpreting signals and driving action. That is what modern operators need – not more dashboards, but trusted and proactive operational intelligence.”

Clarasight said in his new role, Faux will partner with travel, procurement and finance leaders to “help them move from reactive oversight to AI-native, proactive control”.

“We know that every travel team today is being asked to do more with less. We are thrilled that a leader of James’ calibre is joining Clarasight to advise enterprises in building AI readiness that strengthens their corporate travel programmes,” said Adam Braun, Clarasight Co-Founder and CEO.
