Luxury serviced apartment operator, The Cheval Collection, is gearing up to open its first international property in April.
The Cheval Maison, The Palm Dubai, is an all-apartment boutique property offering short and long-term stays to guests in 131 apartments, ranging from one-to-three-bedrooms, as well as a three-bedroom penthouse.
All apartments have private kitchens, most have balconies, and all have access to the rooftop pool.
Guests can enjoy views down the trunk of The Palm towards the landmarks of the Royal Atlantis.
An expert 24-hour front office team is on site to assist with restaurant reservations and transport, as well as F&B options in the property itself – The Lighthouse restaurant. There is also a 24-hour gym.
Opening on April 15, the apartments are owned by Nakheel, which also operates the adjacent Nakheel Mall with shops, dining outlets, a cinema and family entertainment zone.
Cheval Maison’s first property, Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison in London’s Kensington, opened in July 2021.
In 2024, Cheval Maison will also expand the brand into Glasgow with 70 apartments.
