CAP Worldwide Serviced Apartments has officially launched CAP Worldwide Singapore PTE Ltd and has opened a regional APAC service office in ‘The Hive’, in Singapore’s Central Business District.
CAP CEO, Jo Layton, said the opening comes ahead of the schedule set out in the company’s strategic growth plan.
“The CAP team have been successfully servicing our contracted clients across the APAC region for over three years,” she said.
“Now in our fourth year, the opening of our entity and office completes our tri-regional service delivery model for our valued clients, following the launch of The Americas operation, led by Americas Director, Laura Rurode in Chicago in August 2021.”
CAP said an increase in demand from the business travel and relocation sectors across the region has been especially prevalent during 2022, driven by the loosening of restrictions and the ease of doing business in the Singapore market.
CAP COO, Andrew Hopgood, added: “Eric Sin, our Director of APAC, has established a firm footprint in the market for CAP. His background and tenure in the extended stay industry, working in the relocation and corporate sectors, has ensured his success in developing strong and strategic relationships with CAP clients and our trusted regional brand partners.”
