arrangeMY has been appointed the preferred provider of event venue and accommodation agency services for Macmillan Cancer Support, following a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
Under the new agreement, arrangeMY will streamline Macmillan’s venue and accommodation management into one centralised service, replacing a previously fragmented multi-agency approach.
The three-year framework, plus two years optional extension, will see arrangeMY manage venue sourcing, group accommodation, and optional event delivery support for Macmillan’s national programme of meetings, conferences, and large-scale events.

The contract further strengthens arrangeMY’s portfolio of national charity clients and reflects the company’s alignment with the third sector’s sustainability and social value goals.
