Travel buyers met with technology experts from SAP Concur, HotelRez, ATPI and Mysa at the first Business Travel Lunch Forum of 2025.

The lively lunchtime discussion covered a broad range of topics, including what corporate travel managers want and need from their technology providers, where the existing technology is falling short and why, whether corporates are getting access to the right content and data in such a fragmented market, and whether business travellers are getting – and should be getting – the user-friendly experience they enjoy in their personal lives.

The debate also touched on how is AI helping to bridge the gap, plus other key technology trends that buyers should be aware.
