Corporate travel buyers gained valuable insights into key developments in the rail sector at The Business Travel Magazine‘s Business Travel Lunch forum on September 14, the second dedicated to rail.

The event, sponsored by South Western Rail and held at the Caledonian Club in London’s Belgravia, gave buyers the chance to join an open and informal discussion on the sector with experts – Joe Thurgood, Sales Manager South Western Rail, Paul Bowden, Director of Commercial at the Rail Delivery Group (RDG), and Sue Chapman, Commercial Director at rail specialists Clarity Business Travel, who shared information about initiatives relating to carbon reporting, customer service, fare restructuring and more.
