What does it mean to you to win a 2024 Business Travel People Award?
It feels good to be recognised. 2024 was a year of change, bringing together two companies — the team have embraced this and shown that we are all one team now.
How did you feel when your team’s name was called?
A bit shocked. We thought we were in with a good chance, but to actually hear it was a surprise.
What was the reaction of your family, friends and colleagues when you won the award?
Very positive. Everyone is proud of our achievement and it recognises the brilliance of the team.
How do you think winning the award will impact your profile in the wider industry?
It will certainly raise the profile of the team. It also means something to our clients and prospects, recognising us a quality provider.
What advice would you give to anyone considering entering the awards?
Give it a go, be honest and look at why your team stands out. The result is worth the effort.
