Integrity International Group, the parent of Blue Orchid Hospitality, is continuing to enhance its footprint in London with the acquisition of two historic London properties.
Atlas House and Crescent will join the group’s Blue Orchid portfolio in the UK capital, which includes Tower Residences, Tower Suites, The Wellington, The Rochester and 55 Broadway.
A Grade II listed property, Atlas House is located in the centre of the City of London, between the Guildhall, St Paul’s Cathedral and the Bank of England.
Crescent, meanwhile, is a collection of Georgian buildings adjoining the Tower Suites hotel. Guests can enjoy views of the Tower of London and the historic Roman Wall.
The latest acquisition provides “exciting opportunities to transform landmark properties into world-leading hotels” whilst “retaining, restoring and enhancing” historic London sites.
Tony Matharu, Founder and Chairman of Integrity International Group and Executive Chairman of Blue Orchid Hospitality, said: “The recent acquisition of Atlas House and the Crescent portfolio demonstrates our continued commitment to invest in and breathe new life into London property, particularly those buildings at the end of their previous lives, ensuring that London remains the best place to live, work, visit, and invest.”
