Black Box Partnerships has appointed Kirstie van Oerle as Head of Practice Transformation & Strategy.
A former Partner at Netcompany, Managing Director of Evolvi Rail Systems and part of Capita’s executive leadership team, she will be tasked with “leading a growth vertical within Black Box for transformation, digital and strategy, complementing both the current team and a growing customer portfolio, across Europe”.
“With so much change across the industry driven by technology and environmental consciousness, this has accelerated digital transformation initiatives with many processes becoming automated,” she said.
“Digital solutions are central to driving the efficiencies we need to compete in a volatile world, and Black Box has an exceptionally strong pedigree in delivery. I aim to bring my experience in managing complex, large-scale digital transformation initiatives, to complement and extend the excellent services from Black Box and to help our customers to adapt and maximise their business.”
Aligned to Black Box core principles, Kirstie has become a Mental Health First Aider as part of her onboarding into the business.
Further business growth sees Paula Cullen taking on a broader role of Head of Practice ESG & Growth, to “support deeper customer and industry synergies”.
