BizTrip AI’score trip planning and booking experience is now live natively inside Claude and ChatGPT.
Using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) – MCP apps that support rich, interactive rendering directly in a chat conversation – the integration allows users to search, compare and book business travel without switching to a separate app or website.
Travel planning now happens inside the AI assistants, positioning BizTrip AI at the front of a broader shift in how enterprise software reaches end users.
Instead of manually filtering through flight and hotel listings, users describe what they need in natural language and BizTrip AI’s agent finds personalised, policy-compliant options based on preferences and the company’s travel rules.
It delivers the same experience – rich results, comparisons and booking flows – as an interactive, embedded surface inside Claude and ChatGPT, rather than a plain text-based exchange.
Valerie Layman, Head of Product Strategy at BizTrip AI, said: “So many teams are living inside Claude and ChatGPT all day and this puts business travel where the work already happens.
“By bringing our planning and booking capabilities directly into these interfaces, we’re meeting users exactly where they are, eliminating the friction of switching between apps and making corporate travel as seamless as a conversation.”
