BizTrip.AI harnesses tech to streamline corporate travel booking

Startup BizTrip.AI is promising to revolutionise corporate travel booking and management using agentic AI for airfare and hotel bookings, price tracking and re-shopping.

BizTrip.AI is designed to simplify and enhance corporate travel by introducing intelligent solutions to benefit frequent business travellers, corporations, TMCs and OBTs.

Serving as a personal concierge for corporate business travellers, the platform will deliver insightful, personalised experiences and allow travel planners to chat directly with an automated personal assistant, saving time and money.

Instead of searching hundreds of results for flights and hotels, it uses historical data and preferences to anticipate traveller needs and deliver relevant, tailored options for air, lodging and ground transportation that are compliant with corporate travel policy.

It reduces booking leakage and agent-touched transactions, achieving up to 8% in savings – up to 4% through persistent price tracking and re-shopping and an additional 4% through reduced fees, employee time savings and decreased leakage.

The company was co-founded by CEO, Tom Romary, agentic AI innovator, Scott Persinger and AI luminary, Andrew Ng and the technology is currently being trialled by organisations including Moderna, Colorado-based TMC and Cain Travel.

Tom Romary, CEO, said: “BizTrip.AI allows any corporate traveller at any level to have their own executive assistant at the ready to manage their business travel. It also represents an opportunity for TMCs, OBTs and others that plan, book and manage travel to achieve more in the absence of having a large team.

“The industry is evolving quickly and is instituting new technology to become less dependent on live agents. There’s significant value delivered to corporations by saving time, reducing ‘high-touch’ work, delivering consistent price monitoring and re-shopping.”
