The tool now displays flight search results across smartphone, tablet and computer platforms, with content aggregated from multiple sources and including low-cost carriers and the TMC’s own negotiated fares.

The TMC says the facility is particularly suited to customers with straightforward travel requirements.
“Business travellers, like everyone else, are looking for ways to simplify,” says Yannis Karmis, Senior Vice President of Product Planning and Development. “The easier a platform is to use, the more likely people are to use it.”
Karmis adds: “We want to make it as easy and pleasant to book the company’s preferred air and hotel content as it is to buy a mobile charger on Amazon Prime.”
The TMC expects to add car and ground transport booking functionality later this year, with rail travel to follow in due course.
