The property, Quest Liverpool City Centre, has opened following a year-long £10m transformation of a 1980s commercial office building.
It comprises 100 serviced apartments, reception, conference room, gym and back-of-house facilities.
“Liverpool is home to many expanding British and international businesses and, supported by the city’s fantastic transport network, those businesses need accommodation providers who truly understand their requirements,” says Andrew Weisz, General Manager – UK & Europe Growth at Quest Apartment Hotels.
“While the implications of a Brexit deal remain uncertain, one thing we know for sure is that Liverpool will remain a dynamic business hub that will continue to thrive.”
The group has 170 apartment hotels across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, with a further 29 in the pipeline and 14 under construction in its home markets.
It aims to open ten properties across the UK in the next five years.
