Travel management specialist arrangeMY is celebrating a record-breaking year with the launch of a robust five-year roadmap focussed on innovation, sustainability and service expansion.
The plan will see arrangeMY expand its internal development team to create bespoke software solutions, automation tools and client integrations.
Three new client-facing roles have been introduced across account management and sales to ensure continuity of service for existing clients and support expansion into new markets.
New service lines are being introduced, including executive transport management, in-house IT support for travel and event infrastructure, leisure and cultural enhancements for corporate and delegate packages including restaurants, theatre, attractions and bespoke group experiences.
Sustainability initiatives include appointing Laura Dudley as Head of Sustainability, sponsoring her to complete a Business Sustainability Business Specialist MSc degree, maintaining ECOsmart, EcoVadis, Sedex and NETpositives certification and participating in industry forums to shape sustainable travel policies.
arrangeMY, which comprises corporate travel specialist arrangeMY and sister company Event Express, reported £58 million in gross sales in 2024, up from £48 million in 2023.
In the last 12 months, the group says it has secured £25 million in new client contracts, maintained a 98% client retention rate and made strategic investments across technology, sustainability and service delivery.
Earlier this year it completed a £3 million investment into its arrangeMY Trip online booking platform, with real-time seat maps, shared team bookings, automated approvals and enhanced policy controls, improving efficiency and compliance for business travellers.
Complementing this is a £250,000 upgrade to the proprietary Amber Portal, originally developed to manage large-scale apprenticeship travel.
The platform now supports over 4,000 bookers and 12,000 learners, processing more than 50,000 room allocations annually, with built-in attendance tracking, safeguarding tools and automated feedback.
