ATPI is promoting two members of its UK-based management team. Part of the ATPI team for 20 years, Director of Sales and Operations UK, Katie Skitterall, steps up to a global role as Group Commercial Director with immediate effect. She will retain her UK management team role and will take on responsibility for global strategic clients across all divisions of the business, including Corporate Travel and Marine & Energy. Her new role also encompasses the Direct ATPI brand – leading travel management services for multinational organisations. Meanwhile, Group Operations Director John Nixon adds the role of head of UK operations to his portfolio.
Synergy Global Housing has appointed Nigel Carter as Director of Development EMEA, based out of Synergy’s London office and reporting to President International, Stephen Hanton. Carter joins Synergy after spending over a decade as the Chief Commercial Officer for LiFE Residential, a UK privately-owned real estate agency where he grew its portfolio from 800 to 4,400 units during his tenure. Prior to LiFE, Carter worked for EMEA serviced apartment provider BridgeStreet Worldwide for 15 years as the UK Development Director.
Enterprise Holdings has appointed Ryan Johnson as Managing Director UK & Ireland, taking over from Khaled Shahbo, who has been Enterprise MD in the UK & Ireland since 2018 and was recently appointed Senior Vice President of European Operations. Johnson was previously General Manager of Enterprise’s Southeast England group, the company’s largest UK region.
