The premium electric vehicle is now available for daily rentals at Enterprise branches nationwide.
The rental company says it offers one of the lowest emission fleets in the UK and purchased 40% of all alternatively fuelled vehicles sold to the rental industry in 2018.
“We know that many customers are thinking about whether electric vehicles could be right for them, which is why we’ve extended our own EV fleet with this Tesla model,” says Brendan Grieve, Enterprise’s Assistant Vice President Rental UK & Ireland.
“It means that in addition to enabling people to rent more low emission vehicles, we can also act as a ‘shop window’ so that people can get to try out something a bit different that they may want to buy later.”
Rental rates for the Tesla Model S start from £99 per day. Some branch locations may require a short notice period for reservations, ranging from four hours to one day, to ensure availability.
