Air France to introduce La Premier experience

Air France is to introduce an ‘exclusive’ new airport experience for its La Première passengers at Paris-Charles de Gaulle.

Launching in July, just before the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, new features of the airline’s most exclusive service will include a private security checkpoint, a new check-in lobby, a redesigned lounge with dining by Alain Ducasse, a Sisley spa and optional ‘layover’ suites serviced by a personalised butler.

The airline says passengers will experience a ‘private journey’ that will start with their arrival at the airport and end when they reach their aircraft suite.

At the check-in lobby, the Air France team will manage all departure-related procedures, including check-in and luggage assistance.

Although available to all La Première passengers arriving at the airport, the check-in lobby will also include an area with 15 seats and two private lounges that will be reserved for passengers enrolled in La Première’s “suites” option.

Once formalities are concluded, each guest will be escorted to the La Première lounge via an exclusive private passage with a dedicated security checkpoint.

This lounge will offer guests a curated menu, a selection of wines, a spa and beauty treatments operated by Sisley, a French brand renowned for its plant-based cosmetology.

For privacy prior to a journey or during a layover, La Première passengers will be able to reserve 500-sq-ft suites located next to the La Première lounge. Three suites are available, with the option to adjoin two of them upon request, and come with a double bed, a bathroom, an outdoor patio and a private butler.

Customers will have the option to relax post-flight, avail themselves of shower facilities and retrieve their checked baggage.

Meanwhile, this winter Air France will unveil its newly redesigned La Première cabin on its fleet of Boeing 777-300 ERs.
A keynote feature will be three private living spaces.
