Agentivity and Magnatech Travel Management Solutions have joined forces in a bid to improve the duty of care services in the travel management industry.
They say the partnership will enable real-time traveller tracking, risk assessment and essential travel management.
Agentivity will be able to collect travel bookings from a variety of systems and structure them in a consistent format, then “selectively and securely” deliver necessary information to Magnatech’s SafeToGo duty of care application.
TMCs and their corporate clients will receive a traveller tracking tool, pre-trip advisories, automated risk messaging and automated flight notifications.
The integration will allow TMCs to explore a variety of booking sources, while still ensuring each booking is included in traveller tracking and risk management.
