Adagio opens aparthotel in Paris eco-district

Adagio has opened a 101-room aparthotel, a restructuring of an existing building, in an eco-district of Paris.

The Adagio Original Paris Boulogne is situated in Trepèze, one of France’s largest certified eco-districts, which runs along the Seine and covers around 74 hectares.

Cultural landmarks in the district include the 21st-century Maison Saint-François-de-Sales and the 1930s Art Deco Ardeko Building.

Complete with interiors inspired by the Seine, the new Adagio property includes 78 studios and 23 one-bedroom apartments. Most include a terrace or balcony.

There are nods to the famous river embedded in the aparthotel’s colour scheme, furniture and tiling.

Guests can find common spaces and access to fitness and laundry areas in the ‘Circle’. Decorations are also available for guests to personalise their apartment for the duration of their stay.

The Seine Musicale, Roland-Garros and Parc des Prices are in the immediate vicinity, too.
