Regus to open third Liverpool centre
Workspace provider Regus has announced plans to open its third business centre in Liverpool. The centre, due this autumn, will occupy over 10,000 square feet at the new Mann Island waterfront development overlooking Albert Dock.
Over 150 workstations will be on offer, as well as a range of flexible working options for businesses and professionals including co-working space, virtual office services, meeting rooms and over 60 offices.
Richard Morris, UK CEO, Regus said: “Liverpool is a city that means business and is attracting investment and visitors from across the world. The area offers excellent value and is a prime spot for firms of all sizes looking for a well-connected base in the North West, so we see it as a natural fit for our flexible workspace offering.
“We expect the facility to be popular with a wide range of users including local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the area.”
The new centre is half a mile from Lime Street station. Regus’ other centres in the city are located in Horton House in Exchange Flags and on Derby Square.
