Marlin opens new aparthotel in Waterloo

Serviced apartment operator Marlin has opened its first aparthotel in London Waterloo, offering easy access to Westminster and the Houses of Parliament as well as attractions such as the London Eye and Buckingham Palace.

The 236-room property features ground floor retail units, a bar and flexible meetings space. It also has a 24-hour reception, fully-fitted kitchen, internet upgrades, Smart TVs, Nespresso Machines, a gym and guest laundry facilities.

The property is located at 111 Westminster Bridge Road in the Lower Marsh Conservation Area.
