Awards success for The Business Travel Magazine

The Business Travel Magazine picked up three awards at the recent Business Travel Journalism Awards, including the highly acclaimed Editorial Team of the Year title.

The awards, which recognise excellence in business travel and meetings journalism, are organised by Carlson Wagonlit Travel and decided upon by an independent panel of travel buyer and supplier judges.

Judges praised the TBTM team for “creating stand-out content with a mix of easy-to-read news bites and in-depth analysis that gives the reader the flexibility to enjoy the magazine in their own time”.

Meanwhile, TBTM Editor Andy Hoskins was named CSR Journalist of the Year for his feature on traveller wellbeing, which judges said “sparks a conversation”, “makes the reader think” and is “very relevant and interesting, with lots of character”.

In addition, regular contributor Rob Gill landed the Ground Transportation Journalist of the Year title for his article, Road Trips, that heralds a revolution in car hire.
